Baron Munchausen is the ultimate story telling game. Players take the roles of nobles, gathered in a tavern, telling tall tales of their exploits. The game is played with a minimum of props; a few gold coins, some good vintage port, and a knighthood will do.

In 5ive Straight, players (or teams) try to create a line of 5 pegs, horizontally, vertically, or diagonally. Pegs are placed by playing cards... the peg can be played in any hole greater than or equal to the number on the card, and most of the strategy revolves around using high cards to force low cards out of your opponents' hands. Simple but clever, especially as a partnership game.
